Avery recently presented their research at the NC State Undergraduate Research Symposium, where students from across campus share their work through posters, presentations, and talks.
Avery’s presentation focused on manual vs. automated classification in transductomics datasets, exploring how different approaches affect the identification of transduction events. This is an important step toward improving the accuracy and efficiency of data analysis in transductomics.
We’re so proud of Avery for sharing their work with the broader scientific community and representing the Kleiner Lab with excellence!
